Premier's 2020 British Motor Yacht Show is set to Expand!

The British Motor Yacht Show (BMYS) is pleased to announce that the 2020 show will extend to four days from Thursday 14th to Sunday 17th May and will include more craft than ever before.

Backed by top British luxury motor yacht brands Fairline, Princess and Sunseeker, and hosted by Premier’s Swanwick Marina, the British Motor Yacht Show is set to grow to make the 2020 show arguably the biggest motor yacht show in the UK.

Since inception, the BMYS has built an enviable reputation for presenting a stunning line up of luxury motor yachts, powerboats and RIBs and this year will be even better. The high-end show will deliver carefully curated on water and shore side display areas, with model premieres, featuring the finest motor craft from around the globe at a range of lengths from 32 to 95 feet.

Alongside headline brands Fairline, Princess and Sunseeker, returning exhibits are expected to include craft from Azimut, Axopar, Brabus, Bavaria, Chris-Craft, Hinckley, Hunt Yachts, Jeanneau, Nordhavn, Prestige Yachts,  Sealine and Williams Ribs; new to the line-up will be Fleming Yachts, Parker Boats and Pearl Yachts, a company firmly rooted in the international yachting industry.

Now celebrating its seventh year, the in-water exhibits a will showcase Swanwick Marina’s innovative new floating marina. With free entry and parking on site, visitors can expect to be impressed with the number of high-profile overseas brands in addition to the comprehensive range of British built craft.

Established in 2014, Graham Bristowe, Swanwick Marina’s General Manager, reflects on the show’s longevity and reputation for being the UK’s biggest motor boat show.

“We are always incredibly proud to host such a plethora of magnificent motor yacht brands over this period. I think the show’s attraction and its natural expansion year on year is because the show remains unique and focussed on motor boats of all types. Unlike the crowded international shows, the British Motor Yacht Show offers buyers the chance to see beautifully designed boats from global brands up close and personal, and attendees appreciate the ‘private time’ and space to talk to the experts who have a passion for their brands”.

Moreover, the 2020 show, which will be supported with live music entertainment and an artisan gin bar, will build on the success of previous years with luxury motorcar brands, courtesy of complementing the line-up of luxury crafts.

So whether you are a first-time buyer looking for in-depth advice from the experts or an experienced owner wanting to upgrade your current model, this show is a ‘must visit’ as it celebrates all the exciting aspects of boat ownership.
